Questions, answered.
01What is included in web design services?
The services we list are UI/UX design, responsive website design, logo and brand identity, wireframing and structure, visual design and illustration, and user testing and optimisation. What your project includes depends on the scope we agree.
02What is the difference between web design and web development?
Design decides how the site looks, is structured and feels to use. Development builds it in code. We offer both, and you can read about website design and development separately.
03Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We start from what exists: your content, goals, and what is not working, then decide what to keep, change or rebuild.
04Is responsive design included?
Responsive design is one of our listed services and we design for desktop, tablet and mobile together. Layouts that reflow are not the same as validated accessibility or speed, so those are checked separately.
05Can the website reflect our existing brand identity?
Yes. We work from your existing identity. If you do not have one, logo and brand identity design is available.
06What should we prepare before starting?
Your goals, your audience, the action visitors should take, a few sites you like, and any logos, content and access to your current site. A rough brief is fine. The Design Playground can help you shape it.
07Can the design support our business and conversion goals?
Good design can support them by making things clearer and easier. It cannot guarantee conversions on its own, because results also depend on your offer, traffic and content. We can also help through CRO.
08Will the design work on mobile and tablet?
That is the intent: we design for all three sizes from the start. We recommend checking the finished site on real devices.
09Do you provide website development as well as design?
Yes, design and development can be scoped together or separately. Ask us about your project and we will confirm what fits.
10How long does a web design project take?
It depends on the number of pages, how ready your content is, the features needed and how quickly feedback comes back. We can give a realistic estimate once we understand the brief, but we do not promise a fixed time up front.
11How much does website design cost in India?
There is no single price. It depends on the number of pages, how custom the design is, features, content and integrations. Be cautious of a fixed price quoted without seeing your brief. Share your requirements and we will scope it with you.
12Who is the best web design company in India?
No one company is best for everyone. Compare on fit with your needs, work you can verify, clarity of process and communication. We would rather you compare us properly than take a claim at face value.
